What color of eye shadow should I use?

I have tan, olive skin and dark brown hair with blue eyes. My blue eyes are a little bit green I think they are a bit dull and seem to have the smaller pinch of brown. But they are mostly blue. What color of eye shadow should i use?What color of eye shadow should I use?
