What color eye shadow to wear?

I have really blue eyes,and now have dyed my hair brown,which looks great =) what color eye shadow should I wear?What color eye shadow to wear?
i know the question is about eye SHADOW. But i want to let you know that blue eyeliner is amazing with blue eyes so if you wear that (a secret that most blue eyed girls have yet to discover) you won;t need eye shadow and your eyes will look amazing.What color eye shadow to wear?

First it depends what kind of look you want.


Everyday at school (if you go to school) look


try one base eyeshadow covering up to your crease and maybe a little eyeliner. For the colors they should be sheer and natural such as golds and peaches and pinks and greys those are very pretty. usually the opposite of your eye colors make your eye color pop! :} and for a liner you could pick a different shade of the color of your base shadow or black. and finish off with one coat of natural mascara





For a night out or a date or special occasion Deffinetly do a smokey eye. If you dont know how to do it i will explain it goes from lighter and bigger to darker and smaller. sounds kinda weird but let me explain. You first get a sheer (just like your everyday eyeshadow) light brown or light gold or even like peach those colors. doesn't really matter which one then you take that color with a simple eyeshadow brush and put it a little above your crease it should look pretty natural and good. next you apply a darker shade of that same color or a different one thats still close to that color and you apply it TO your crease or a little bit under your crease. NEXT you could either apply an eyeliner or final eyeshadow. for a final eyeshadow you apply an even darker version of that color so if your first color was light brown your color nwo should be dark brown and THEN you can either leave it and apply some dark brown or black eyeliner wherever you want whever ever you think it looks good. and of course mascara!!! curl your eyelashes before and after you apply 2 coats of either dark dark brown or black mascara. and viola! a smokey eye :]
No no no no ! blue eyeliner or blue eye shadow doesn't make your blue eyes like more blue.


You should use lavender in different tones from darkest to lightest or even browns.


You want to use opposite colors to bring your blue eyes out even more, you can use black but use powder not pencil or liquid , it will look so harsh on your eyes and can be messy.


Buy Almay eyeshadow, they sell them at Walmart and just look for your eye color and use it.

darker colors try purple! purple looks really nice w/ blue eyes. gray too and some ppl say that if you get a deep deep blue that it actually brings out the natural blue in your eyes. hope this helps.
