I have green eyes with a gold rim around my pupil, fair skin and dark brown hair. I'm wanting to buy mineral makeup, but I want to compliment my features. What's the best color pallete of make up for my eye and skin color?
You most likely have ';cool'; coloring - avoid yellow based foundations and go for neutral to pinker based. Here is a chart and more info about choosing your best colors:

light eyes and dark hair look sooo pretty!
lavenders, oranges, golden colors, light blues look good on eyes.
since ur skin is fair, dont get makeup thats dark, simply use makeup for fair/light skin.
brown/gold eyeshadows are really good for your eye color
brown or black eyeliners/mascara
Mineral make-up is a good choice! It is light and it compliments the best of your skin. I suggest for green eyes, a pallette of purples, and dark greens. A soft black liner. With light black mascara on the lashes. This will help bring out the green in your eyes. But it will not blend with your dark hair.
And for the face. A simple cover up, with mineral make-up just a few strokes, nothing to heavy. You do not want to take away too mch from your eyes so a light pink blush, and clear gloss is always the best.
I think you'd look best in warm colors, especially browns.
well all you need is to enhance try bronzer for your cheeks and browns for your eyes since an opposite color to what your eye color is will make them stand out!
greys and brown for eye shadow and for a nice summer time look go for a bronzer on your whole face it will give you a sunkissed glow and try brown eyeliner or olive color eyeliner which they sell at the bodyshop which is a natural makeup and bodycare store. for your lips i would go with a tannish pink gloss, and dont apply heavily just a light coat with no lipliner, remember everything looks better suddely.
you definitely need warm earthy tones. like golds and browns maybe even coppers , for your mascara and eyeliner i think black would be to harsh for you
