How come caucasions vary in hair and eye color but most people of color have predominantly similar ones?

Now before the people who pull the race card do so, it's a simple question. It's not directed to hate on whites, blacks, hispanics, etc.How come caucasions vary in hair and eye color but most people of color have predominantly similar ones?
well its that there are many white cultures with specific different hair eye color. like danish people are known for blue eyes? irish for red hair etc. its jsut the skin color is very similar.





like difference between japanese chinese. the difference there is face shape etc.





with the white europeans its the eye hair that differes greatly





africans the skin may be similar but at my uniersity we have a huge african population and thier skin color is a big range of black. i know that doesn sound right but i honesty was suprised there were so many different colors of black people...
