IF you're going to wear this dress at night, I would play up with the eyes and keep the lips neutral.


For eyes, I recommend using a dark black shadow like MAC Black Tied and put it in your eye crease. Then, brighten up your eyes using a shimmery white/ivoroy shadow like MAC Vanilla Pigment in the inner corners.

Maybe a cream colored eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyes and brow bone to make them stand out, then a bronze sparkly eye dust as the overall eyeshadow on the crease of your eyes to compliment the gold sequince. Light eyeliner with mascara and peach blush.
hahaha. well pretty much any color would go well with that color combo and with brown eyes and hair, everything is complementary..

try wearing gold and/or silver eyeshadow. i think you could put on some siver eyeshadow and outline it in gold, or you can blend them in together
i would say go for a like kinda purple or some light color to help
