basic change is to select eye and adjust hue,





you can also select eye remove color to gray, then apply new layer, and add color of choice, and adjust layer overlay,





you could also apply a reflection of sky or other in fish eye perspective, and apply overlay mode,





these can be done in some other programs as well,
