What do you mean whats the best brand? If your eyes are hazel then there is nothing you can really do to change that, aside from wearing contacts which come in all colors so why not get one of each color? Although I think hazel eyes are pretty.
i've seen people wear a reddish orange color with hazel eyes and ur hair color but that's just my personal opinion that looks good
