Yes its a good thing since at least he is taking note of every minute details of you and he is actual a mature one who is not taking you for granted.
yeah. i can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be.... unless you didn't have eyes anymore and you didn't know the guy before you lost your eyes. In that case, it would be kind of creepy.
