If you just got Photoshop, unless you're conversant with something like Paint Shop Pro or some other graphics program take a look at this:http://www.good-tutorials.com/





They're full of good tutorials from beginner to advanced.





As far as what you're trying to do with the eyes, you're going to want to look at the color replacement portion under Image/Adjustments/replace color but you're going to need to have a portion selected.





Do a Google search for tutorials on changing the color of a car and that will give you the techique you're going to need to change the color of the eyes.





As far as the skin, look at your clone stamp and healing brushes. That's what you're going to need to use, but that's kind of an intermediate technique.





Also check out Photoshop Creative magazine http://www.pshopcreative.co.uk/. It's a magazine from Britain that you should be able to find at Borders or Barnes and Noble but the website should hopefully get you a tutorial for the skin editing. I know they've had a tutorial on it before.
